System for dry lubrication

The need for longer lasting molds in the aluminium die-casting  and a longer life for dissipating paints, with which the molds for gravity and low pressure casting  are coated, is increasingly sought. To obtain satisfactory results of  production plants , it is essential to regularly lubricate.

The Dry Lub System , assembled in a single structure, is composed of an electrostatic generator , an automatic loading  powder injection system, a manual lance or multiple heads for the powder delivery.

Modern technologies and product quality is our priority.

To enable our customers to realize a complete lubrication program according to the processing sectors as aluminium die-casting  , zamak , rotorsextrusion , gravity and low pressure casting, forging, we developed a series of accessories and components which make the best out of the plants and most efficient over time, respecting the environment.

During the realization of the Dry Lub System,
a lot of work has been done on three points

Delivery system

To drastically reduce the dispersion in the environment and the consumption, our equipment has been provided with an injection powder feeding system (Altea patent).

Lubrication head

Made out of a plastic material and treated with a special paint to optimize electrostatic efficiency. The diameter of the lubrication head is calculated according to the customer’s needs, it can be easily installed both for lubricating the billet or the presser.

Electrostatic generator

It is enclosed in the electro-pneumatic panel, where in addition to all the air adjustments for the powder delivery, there is the electrostatic multiplier with a high power setting. 100 KW 100 μA with self-regulation system.
