Despite the great technological evolution that has involved various production stages, the lubrication field is still bound to schemes and technologies, which are often obsolete and not so well performing.
Altea wants to change this paradigm by providing systems and devices intended for the dry lubrication of gravity die-casting and casting moulds and low-pressure casting for light alloys, aluminium extrusion and forging. Altea has developed and created a complete range of release agents, lubricants for aluminium, zinc, and magnesium die-casting, as well as specific powders for gravity casting and low-pressure casting of aluminium.
Often, technical innovations are not well received, even if they are environmentally friendly and boost production, especially when work methods need to be adjusted accordingly.
